Weekend Recap - Women

Chauntelle Schroeder, shown here earlier this season, stood out for KU this weekend, scoring 21 points and hauling in 15 rebounds in 2 games.

Hollinger Game Score (includes both the Gannon and Clarion game):

1. Schroeder 13.6 - The starting center stood out this weekend, notching 21 points on 9-of-13 shooting and also had a team-high 15 rebounds and 7 assists, while committing only 4 fouls.
2. McQuade 10.5 - Struggled against Gannon, but bounced back on Sunday, completing a weekend that included 25 points, 14 boards, 4 steals, and 5 assists.
3. Dellegrotti 9.8 - Led the team with 30 points and 7 dimes, but was only 7-of-19 from the field (all but one shot coming from long range) and had a team-worst 9 turnovers.
4. Wisemiller 7.8 - 9-of-17 for 26 points and 11 rebounds. The 6 assists help, but 6 fouls and 8 turnovers are a bit too much.
5. Dovey 6.4 - Seems to be getting better every game. Scored 18 points on the weekend and hauled in 6 rebounds, while committing only 1 foul and 2 turnovers.
6. Starr 2.9 - Scored only 6 points and had a disappointing 6:4 assist-turnover ratio.
7. Bonanno 2.0 -Made her debut on Saturday and made it memorable by hitting a three pointer in her first career shot and ended up with a 9 point weekend.
8. LeVan 0.3 - 5 points on 2-of-6 shooting, 2 rebounds, 2 turnovers
9. Melvin -0.3 - Scored 6 points and turned it over 4 times
10. Mertz -0.4 - 0-for-3 with a pair of boards and had 5 fouls
11. Greaves -1.9 - 0-for-5 from the field with 4 rebounds and 3 fouls
