The Golden Bears fell to Apprentice School on Saturday before defeating PSAC-foes East Stroudsburg and Bloomsburg on Sunday. All the action was during the Builder Invitational.
KU fell to Apprentice School 11-10. Chad Lightcap had a team-high 2 hits for the Golden Bears and homered. Anthony Fegely started on the hill for KU, but last just 2 innings. Jason Herr ended up taking the loss after failed to record an out in the 8th inning. Box
The Golden Bears then beat East Stroudsburg 10-1 on Sunday morning and followed with a 12-5 win over Bloomsburg.
